Low standards and no discipline A lack of ownership Intimidation/fear-based motivation Huge egos and selfishness Bullying and disrespecting others Cheating and unethical behavior Organizations, teams, companies, and family units that display any or all of these elements will never have a winning culture. The qualities above must be completely removed and replaced with love, encouragement, vulnerability, selflessness, unity, communication, and optimism.
