Have a question about how to discipline myself not to eat too many carbs at night causing weight gain

Great question and one lots of people struggle with . I have a cravings sheet I can email you . This helps substitute other healthier foods in place of the carbs . Also begin to set time when no more eating only water it depends on when you go to sleep as to when to set that time - and believe or not disciplined scheduled sleep is also important in this process .
