Instead of telling yourself, I’m not good enough, I can’t, I’m nowhere near where I want to be - Add the word Yet to the end of that sentence.
I’m not there yet - I’m not at the level I want to be yet - I’m not getting the results I’m looking for yet. Yet allows us to get to next - the next opportunity - the next attempt - the next try the next play. Yet allows us to keep moving towards the goal. You’ll get the next one.
