Sacrifice is the most important action you can take to let go of who you were and become who you are.
The more difficult the sacrifice, the more meaningful it will be.
There are times you need to add a behavior in order to make a positive change and there are times you just simply need to learn to stop a behavior in order to see positive change. Either way, it requires sacrifice.
How much you are willing to sacrifice is what separates you from the person you are to the person you want to be.
