When you choose to be 100% accountable to the fact that you can control your thoughts, you get the privilege of being 100% able to control how you feel and act.
Yes, stuff happens and there are not always clear reasons why really challenging things happen to good people. However when you are accountable to controlling the narrative in your head, you will never be a victim. This kind of mental toughness will allow you to rise and face whatever comes your way. Stay positive and proactive in order to push through on your down days or when you don’t have your A game. Mental toughness is built by doing something that is hard over and over again especially when you don’t feel like it. Be tough minded enough to do the necessary things !
